You can find your tracking number in your Order Confirmation email, which is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

As the receiver, it is your sole responsibility to track your order and provide any necessary information requested by customs or the courier.

Order Confirmation

Your Order Confirmation email is sent as soon as your order has been shipped. This email will include all relevant order details and tracking information.

Order Cancellation & Changes

At ABOVE PUBLIC, our goal is to provide a seamless shopping experience.

If you need to make changes to your order after placing it, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we will be unable to modify it.

Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be canceled.

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

Items Available Now:
To allow for payment authorization and order preparation, please allow up to two business days before receiving shipping information. Your credit card will be authorized for verification purposes at checkout, but the transaction will not be charged until we verify your card details, receive credit authorization, confirm availability, and prepare your order for shipping.

Pre-Order Items:
Items that are not immediately available will be placed on a priority waiting list and shipped as soon as they become available. Please note that estimated shipping dates are subject to change.

Customs & Taxes

The prices displayed on our website do not include taxes, duties, or import fees, as these charges are determined by your local customs authorities. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay VAT, import duties, or other fees upon delivery.

These costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, and failure to comply with local tax regulations may result in delays, additional charges, or the package being held or returned by customs. ABOVEPUBLIC is not responsible for any losses or disruptions caused by customs processes.
